I'm back!

Well it has been a VERY interesting few weeks. And do you know I can't even tell you why. There's been so many changes in my life but really I have hardly left the house. The CFS has been up and down but the best thing about my life has been my friend Joy. We grew up together. In fact our grandparents were neighbours and good friends, as were our parents and now this generation is great friends too. My sister grew up close to Joy and I grew up close to Emma - her sister. I still am and I love Emma loads and loads but am overjoyed that Joy and I are now such great friends. She has been a rock to me. Frederika my rat was sick with Mycoplasma and had to be kept in a heated room then our heater broke! next thing, I see a shape carrying a bigger shape come up to our front door - it's Joy with the heater from her bedroom!! :) She's just like that. She gets me and I get her. And what's even better is that Andrew, she and I all get on so well! The other night, we sat around writing poetry, playing song request, laughing and drinking tea.

She and Tori are in Wanganui for Johnny's wedding which should be a lot of fun. I think it's bittersweet cos they were all such good friends with him - it's a loss in a way. But he's gained a beautiful new wife and I think Tori and Joy will always be special to him.

I'd better go, Melody and I are taking a group of Japanese students around tauranga - this should be fun!
